Data you give us
When you create an account we ask for your first name, last name, birthday (required by law) and your email address or mobile number. We use them to create and protect your account and to contact you about it.
When you plan an event, you add your guests: their names, their contact details and their answers. We use them to run your event: to send your messages and to keep your guest list.
To keep JayWelaLa safe, our AI and bot systems automatically scan how it is used. Read the Terms of use on the Legal page.
Other companies
Our fonts load from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to get them, and Google can see your IP address.
The social icons and the WhatsApp button open TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp only when you select them. Their own rules apply there.
On our TikTok, Instagram and Facebook pages the profile is shown only after you select "Show". Until then nothing is loaded from those companies.
Our AI assistants use AI services from third-party companies. The text you send to the assistant may be processed by them. Read more on the Our AI assistants page.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Write to us and we will help.
