Using the site
You are welcome to use JayWelaLa to plan your events and manage your guests. Please use it only for lawful purposes, respect other people, and do not try to disrupt the site or break into it.
The pages, tools, texts, pictures and code of JayWelaLa belong to JayWelaLa. Please ask us before you copy or reuse them.

These are the basic terms for using JayWelaLa, in plain words. Please read them before you use the site and our tools.

Using JayWelaLa means you agree
When you use the site, our tools or your account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use JayWelaLa. We may update the terms from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest update.

Your account
Please give correct details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your content and your guests
The photos, guest lists, texts and plans you add stay yours. You confirm that you have the right to use them and the right to contact your guests. You allow us to process them only to run JayWelaLa for you.

Free tools
Our free tools are offered for you to use at no cost, for you and your guests. We may change them or stop them at any time, and we do not promise they will always be available or free of mistakes.

PRO package
The PRO package gives more, such as more access to the AI assistants. Its details, price and limits will be published here before they apply to you. Until then, the free plan has limited access.

AI assistants
The AI assistants can make mistakes and use AI services from third parties. Please check important details before you rely on them or send them to your guests. See Our AI assistants for more.

Fair use
Please do not use JayWelaLa for anything unlawful or harmful. Send messages only to people you may contact. Do not try to break into the site, overload it, copy it, or sell it.

Safety first
For your safety and the safety of others, our AI and bot systems automatically scan how JayWelaLa is used. We want JayWelaLa to be a safe place for everyone.

House rules
We do not allow violations of any kind. This includes:
- Bad or abusive language.
- Scams, fraud or tricking people.
- Nudity of any kind.
- Any harmful use, to people or to the site.
- And anything else that is unlawful or puts people at risk.
An account that breaks these rules can be blocked. PRO plans can be blocked too. If we made a mistake, you can always contact us.

Languages
JayWelaLa is available in English and Arabic, and each guest can be set to their preferred language. Translations, including AI translations of your messages, can have mistakes: please check them before you send. If the English and Arabic texts of these terms seem different, tell us and we will clarify.

Our promise and its limits
We work to keep JayWelaLa running well, but we cannot promise it will always work or have no errors. To the extent the law allows, JayWelaLa is not responsible for losses from your use of the site or tools, from AI or third-party services, or from the content you add. You stay responsible for your own event decisions, such as guest numbers, places and food.

You can stop using JayWelaLa at any time. We may limit or close an account that breaks these terms.

Cookies
We use only the browser storage the site needs to work. One optional choice, Preferences, remembers things such as your language and that you finished a tutorial. You choose, and you can change your choice at any time.

Using our tools
Our free tools, the Wedding Photo Frame and the Table Seating Planner, run in your browser. Your photos and your guest names stay on your device: we do not upload or save them.
Please use only photos you have the right to use. Files you download from the Photo Frame carry a small JayWelaLa credit. The seating planner is a demo, so your plan is lost when you close the page: export or print it first.
The tools can have mistakes. Please check your result before you print, share or rely on it.
Information pages
Our information pages, such as "What is an RSVP?" and "Table seats explained", give general guidance to help you plan. They are not professional, legal or safety advice. Every event is different, so please check what fits yours.
Our AI assistant
The assistant is AI and can make mistakes. A human is always in the loop. Please check important details such as dates, places and the number of guests.
